I have been passionate about fitness and nutrition since taking my first weight lifting class in high school. From that point on, health, nutrition, and exercise have been a part of my every-day life. I have seen and experienced the importance of proper nutrition, and learned that taking care of my physical and mental health is one of the most important things I can do for myself.
My journey through health and nutrition didn’t end with high school. I continued down the education path and obtained my Precision Nutrition and NASM PT certifications so that I could work in this field to teach others the life-changing knowledge and habits that encompass my life.
I found and married my person in 2022, and we share nine beautiful and amazing kids between the two of us. I love living life to its fullest and enjoy so many different activities. Some of my favorites are traveling, hiking, trail running, sports, boating, mountain biking, reading, and watching my kids do something they love.
As a mom of nine, I know that life can be busy and stressful. I understand that it is hard to put ourselves first, but I also know that if we put our health at the top of our lists, we will have the power to do just about anything we set our minds to.
