On today’s show, I was joined by my amazing assistant coach Caileen Thomas. Caileen has an amazing story on triumph from overcoming addiction. We also covered over-training and under-recovering from not eating enough food to fuel those workouts. We also touched on how much mindset plays into ones physical transformation. About Caileen

Hey there! My name is Caileen, and I am so happy to see that you are here and ready to take the step into becoming the best version of yourself!

I am a very proud Mom of two beautiful daughters, and it is my goal in life to show them that when you put your heart into what you love, you can make a huge difference in your life and the lives of others. Nutrition and Fitness was not always easy for me, in fact I struggled for many years with poor eating habits, and battled addiction for over a decade. So, I am here to tell you that change IS possible with dedication, and in having the right mindset you can achieve anything. When I finally made the decision to live life, rather than just survive it, everything drastically changed for me. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in November of 2019, lost 65 lbs, and absolutely fell in love with Fitness and Nutrition.

My belief is that mindset will drive your success, and when working with me, we will implement habits, routines and an overall shift in your perception towards the process. Not only is your nutrition/fitness goals incredibly important to me, but it is also my passion, and I take your journey just as seriously as I take my own.
