In today’s episode, Michelle and I discussed setting new goals after either a fat loss phase or a body recomposition phase. Often people get to a place after achieving their goals of not really knowing what to focus on moving forward. This leaves many individuals in a weird space with a lot of ambiguous room that can often lead to people sliding backward in their health and fitness goals.
