On today’s show, I had the privilege of sitting down with Drew Manning of Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit. We both live in Salt Lake City but somehow have never met. I was so excited to get Drew on the show to talk about his new Fit 2 Fat 2 Forty challenge. He is purposely gaining approx 60 lbs over four months to deploy more empathy to others who struggle with being overweight. But, there is a kicker, this is not the first time he has done this! As a healthy person myself, I find what he is doing extremely admirable and courageous. Along with our conversation about this new journey, we talked about emotional and spiritual health.
