On today’s episode, Michelle and I briefly discussed my ice baths over the weekend as well as how sick I am of saying the words, Covid-19, Coronavirus, and quarantine.

The main part of the episode was spent answering some of your very own questions.

Those included:

  • Do you believe someone can intuitively eat if they haven’t been into macros?
  • You seem to have a strong opinion on macros being superior to meal plans, why is that?
  • Is eating most of my carbs before bed a bad option if I’m not training until mid day?
