On today’s episode, Michelle and I discussed our quarantine thoughts.

We talked about finding gratitude in this whole pandemic as well as using this extra time at home, alone a lot, to grow as a human being.

We talked about if being in a calorie deficit is productive at this very moment and we also gave a few hacks for different ways to make sure to have a great day as well!

Those included:

  1. Take a cold shower
  2. Write a gratitude list
  3. Workout
  4. Apologize when you’re wrong
  5. Be of service – even if it’s small
  6. Do something that fulfills YOU
  7. Smile more
  8. Don’t be a dick

I think it’s really important during such a challenging time to remember to accept, adapt and learn.
