Aram Grigorian joined me to discuss setting realistic expectations with fitness goals. It is important to acknowledge that results may not come as quickly as desired and can be upsetting. Maintaining a consistent exercise routine and healthy diet is key to seeing progress, but it is important to remember that everyone’s bodies are different and will respond differently to exercise and nutrition. It’s also important to set achievable goals and be patient with yourself. We talked about staying positive and focusing on the journey rather than just the end result and how that can help with motivation and make the process more enjoyable. We also discussed common pit falls people just starting out there fitness journey tend to have.
