Mark’s Bio

Coach Mark Carroll is a coach and leading educator in the fitness industry. Starting out like most PT’s do, Mark began his career running boxing sessions in the park and conducting face to face sessions in a gym in Sydney, Australia.

After leaving school, Mark became a qualified Personal Trainer and his thirst for knowledge, attention to detail and appreciation for science and evidence propelled him into further studies and mentorship programs. Furthering his education with specialty seminars, certifications and workshops, Mark has studied exercise science, program design and exercise execution for the performance and aesthetic transformation of men and women from athletes to office workers, mums and dads and those seeking a better quality of life.
